No, sorry. Do you going is not a correct English structure.

Next week is the cue for future forms:

Are you going to see
Are you seeing
Will you see
Will you be seeing
Do you plan to see
Do you plan on seeing


Here, as a simple future intention, the be going to future is the most appropriate.
