hello, my name is sarah, I am a doctor, graduated 3 yrs ago, and I worked as general practitioner for 2 yrs back home, after which i decieded to come to the US to complete my training...

I have been here in the US for the last 16 months, during which I was busy taking the united states medical licensing exams, in which I had great scores, which gives me very good opportunity in doing residency in one of the best hospitals here.

I did apply for residency this year, but the problem is that I have to go through personal interviews in order to be accepted, but I am not one of the best in speaking english, although I think that I might be one of the best applicants, that is why I decieded to work on my english profeciency to be able to comunicate fluently with the program directors and to convince them that I am agood person, I have good communication skills and I can be agood doctor here in the US.

can u help me please?
