Unfortunately, it's a chinese site.But you can get free test paper of previous years, mp3 for listening, sample essays, everything you want to do the preparation of toefl. http://bbs.taisha.org/viewthread.php?tid=211717&extra=page%3D1
Instruction for using the site:
1. You have to register an account (maybe not, I don't know, just try the link first, if there are no links appear, then an account is required.)
2. Login
3. Click on the links in Blue (under the red characters), if you don't understand chinese, it's ok, just identify the numbers, say "2004.5 TOEFL" means the test paper for the may test in 2004. Well, something like this 附件: 04年05TOEFL 试题.doc (2004-8-25 23:07, 107 K)
4. When you click the link in Blue, a new window will pop up
5. Find the *.doc file in top post , right click you mouse, then download and save the file.
