Hello everyone

I'd like to ask which word the phrase "as it rolls across the surface" refers to in the following context:

I bring you news of the Ascension as it rolls across the surface. We are all united as One. Our consciousness is united on the Inner Planes. All Beings On, and In, the Earth have agreed to unify and bring the Light in.

Does "as it rolls across the surface" refer to "news of the Ascension" or does it refer only to Ascension, meaning that Ascension spreads all over the earth?

I believe, it's the news rolling just like thunder does: very loudly and reverberating

Inga and Iryna, first of all, thank you for your replies.
On the one hand, I agree with both of you. On the other hand, why is this person saying "I bring you news of the Ascension" if this news rolls across the surface?

Because everybody else already knows it and we are still unaware. We have to open our ears and ltake it in.

Thank you very much again, Iryna.
I think I understand your point.

But who do you mean by "everybody else". It is that this book is about so-called channeling and the person who says this is not a usual human; he is a Lemurian living under the ground. And I'm not sure he meant that some people (on the surface) know about the Ascension and some don't. However I might well be wrong in this regard... What I know for sure is that when he speaks, he speaks to all humanity.
