It says, anger can poison your system. We do not need to lose our temper, but to manage our anger is not easy to do. It takes times..

Hi Alan,I found on reading your lessons11,12,and 13 on English adverb, Type of adverbs and Indirect Speech in the English Grammar Stories very succintly and interestingly explained by you. I used it in my class and my students were pleased as Punch. Thank you . Harold Lakshman Fernando

I have found something incorrect there. We cannot use 'but' in the beginning of the sentence.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Alan,

your essay is very good and helpfull, thank you for doing that!
I think that everyone could take their temper in good and right way, but for doing this everyone have to practise everyday some exercises witch makes you happy and in the summary you have a good mood! Or simply do a good and right tings :-) witch can help other people!

Best regards,

Hi Alan,

Personally, I had experienced that 'Temper' can ruin your live if not govern properly.

I am amazed of the many phrases used for 'temper' in your essay.

Thank you.
