Hi Nana, In my opinion, they can be described by the following sentences: First one: You wrote the lesson before and now there is not any sign of what you did in the present time. Second one: You wrote the lesson before and it is available now in the present time.

Hi ,
as I take it: The difference is the use of the Tenses.
Past Tense: I wrote the lesson means that you started writing it and finished with it at a point of time in the past.
Present Perfect: I have written the lesson would be the answer to the question: "What have you done the latter hour?" answer "I have written the lesson." Means you started it in the past and finished it at the current moment.

It is very easy if you know the correct meaning for past tense and present ptefect tense. You make more sentences like this you will be knowing easily. |
