Is this sentence correct?

"This is the only component which we’re interested in assess"

Or should I drop the which?

"This is the only component we’re interested in assess"

Hi,

In this sentence you can leave out the relative pronoun because the noun 'component' is the object of the verb in the second part. At the same time you can also include the pronoun.
