I guess it's the seventh stop- other same expressions? #1 (permalink) Fri Jan 22, 2010 5:00 am   I guess it's the seventh stop- other same expressions?

Hi,

I have a question related to the below conversation:

A: Do you know how many stops it is to dupont circle?
B: I guess it's the seventh stop.

Is B's answer a fixed expression? I mean, when you're asked how many stops the other has to, then you say "It's the _____th stop" in general?

How about "You need to go seven more stops" or something like that? Do you have any good expression for B? If so, please let me know.

Thanks,
sweetpumpkin

You can say it in various ways, but I think, "It's the seventh stop," is the quickest and least confusing.
