Hi,

If you want to become an effective English speaker, you need to listen to English audio but you also need to practise your speaking skills. And again you will ask yourself: How can I speak English when there is nobody I can speak with? Yes, you probably live in an area where there are no or very few native speakers of English. And those few who do live near you don't have the time to listen and talk to you.

KIthaw, your name means something to do with books or reading. Are you Chaldean?

No Jamie, that means the shortcut of my name, Khaing Lin Thaw, so Klthaw, not KIthaw,.

I'm Vietnamese. I has a training course relating to Railway Projects Management in India. I have some Indian friends here. They speaks English very well but I cannot hear clearly. I think the reason does not come from my listnening skill because when I discuss with my English colleage, I can hear clearly all the words he says.
But the big issue to me now is how to speak English fluently. I have ideas in mind but I feel it is quite difficult to express my thinking in English. What should I do now? I'm trying to find the best answer for my own question.
Please share with me your point of view. Thank you.
