Problem with test answer button

I noticed a problem with my second test. I finished my test and check it out. There were wrong answers, but I choosed different ones. So, I think there are some miss-writing failures on php code sides for this test:

When I restarted to answer a test, it does not sense the new answers and gives the same results. You can find the test details at my progress report.
