What would be correct form of sentence: "When I'm happy, all the bad feelings start to loose their significance" or "When I'm happy all the bad feelings are starting to loose their significance"?

Omg, I didn't even see the spelling error. Thx...:) So the correct form is "start to", not "are starting to"?
