People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer. -------------------------------------------------
Nowadays, we are living in a very stressful world, because of the problems in the work, the payment of mortgage and much more things that produce stress. For that reason we need to escape from them in some way. Some people read, some exercise and others work in their gardens. I think there are three really good activities that will help us to run away from the stress. First, try to have a hobby. Second, do exercise as much as you can and third, try to share with your friends as many as you can.
My first activity is "to have a hobby". I think this is very important activity which can solve our stress problems, because it is a great way to escape from them. For example, a friend of mine has as activity to paint. She has many problems with her job because she has a terrible boss, who always is bother and talking bad about her job. But, when she begins a new painting project, is for her like a travel a different world with peace and quiet.
My second activity is "To do exercise as much as you can". This is one of my favorites, because it is healthy and funny. Think in this idea: Burn some calories at the same time that you are burn your stress too. A case in point is, when you have a trouble with somebody, you can take two ways: first. Fight with this person and to be stressed or you can concentrate all those energy and go to gym and burn some calories, after that you can talk with this person and solve the problems.
Finally my third activity is "to try to share with your friends as many times as you can". Who are better than your friends to help you when you have a painful day with tons of stress? I truly believe in the power of a group supporting you every time. A group which is always behind you giving the best to help you. For instance, two year ago I finished a long relationship. That was so sad and stressful moment. But, I counted with my friends at that moment and a visited they as many times as I could. That was a great therapy to go on with my life.
In conclusion, along these lines, I try to say that the best way to reduce your stress is having activities as a hobby, exercise and share time with your friends. We cannot leave to have stress but we can reduce dramatically our stress level doing these activities.
