which of these sentence is correct?

This is to inform you that your salary has been increased by 12% consumer inflation by February, 2010.

This is to inform you that there is an increment in your salary by 12% consumer inflation by February, 2010.

We are please to inform you that your salary has been increased by 12% consumer inflation by February, 2010.

Hi Ismail,

To be perfectly honest none of them seems correct. Since you are saying "by February, 2010", we assume that it hasn't been done yet. Thus, I'd use the future:

We are please to inform you that your salary is going to be been increased by 12% by February, 2010.

This is my guess...but please wait for a teacher or a native speaker.

Yes, the increment has not been done yet, i mean it would be effect at the end of February, 2010.

What about consumer inflation? There is no mention of it in your sentence!
"We are pleased to inform you that your salary has been increased by 12%, to account for consumer inflation and this will be effective from February, 2010."
