how to improve my english???
should i take a course?? or chating with other people??
in fact, im realy bad in grammar and structure..

First, the fact that you can write this post shows that you are not really bad in grammar and structure. Even though much of what you have written is grammatically incorrect, I understood everything you said. Mutual understanding is the goal of communication.

What you should do is spend some time taking the many tests and exercises on this site. Try to choose what you think is the correct answer. If you get something wrong, go back and figure out why you got it wrong and learn that grammar.

1. Learn the basic forms of primary verbs like be (am/is/are, was/were, been, being), have (have/has, had, had, having), and do (do/does, did, done, doing).
2. Practice word orders (answers, questions, etc).
3. Read and try to understand what you read. Then make sentences like the ones you see.
