What does a dielectric liner means? #2 (permalink) Thu Feb 11, 2010 16:26 pm   What does a dielectric liner means?

This is a technical term related to a specific field, but as a clue, the prefix 'di-' in English means 'two'.

Also remember that means = does + mean, so you only need one 's'. You already have the 's' in does, so don't put a second 's' in means.
