Lol, oh my goodness. I understand when English learners have difficulty in speaking English. But Günther Oettinger is a politician, one of the representatives of our country. He is such an embarrassment!

Did they want to make fun or is it their English in real life?
So funny when hearing that English, I cannot understand completely their conversation.
