Judging by the book's description it's a good choice. It is up to date and in addition to 2 full-length practice exams and the two audio CDs it also contains insider information on the structure and the question types of the TOEIC. Again, this is just a book with two CD's. Even the best TOEIC prep book is only one of many different resources.
