what are the diffferences of above scentence ? and what is the usage ?

Whether these could be correct depends on usage. Could you use them in a longer sentence or provide some context?

If you are using these as the passive voice of the verb bear (to carry) then the first could be correct. If you are using this in the more common sense of to be given birth to, then the first one could be correct but is a very awkward idea.

The second example could be used as well, but would be 'I am born.'

If you are wanting to say when or where your birth occurred, a better form would be 'I was born...'
