What is the difference between the following :
1- according to
2- regarding to
3- related to
we use it a lot in formal correspondences, but I'm confused and I can't determine where i can use everyone in the context.

according to ... goes on to inform readers of the source of the information.

related to ..... goes on to indicate the relationship.

regarding to, should be, In regard to...

Of course you can use 'regarding' without a preposition as in: Regarding your complaint about the quality of our product, I have to tell you ...
