Good afternoon CG. Thank you for your kind words. I'm sure you mean them sincerely as we have become good friends from your earlier essays.
However, I feel that your pleas, and those of many others are all to no avail.

After Torsten having requested that we speak on the phone, I gave him my telephone number and I expressed a willingness to speak on FRIDAY after 1 p.m.

After his not phoning at all that day, I then received a mail to say that he had my number, and that he WOULD call me. ------ I AM STILL WAITING!

In the meantime we now have Alan doing verbal edits of some essays.
This is a good idea, but only if the writer already has a headset and has successfully loaded Java software onto their computer to enable them to hear his edit.

Also there is the question as to how long Alan intends to do this function on the Forum.

My feeling is that I have proven to be a loyal member of this Forum, in helping it to become a lively and interesting place to become a member of.
I have encouraged both newcomers and established members to improve their English as best I can, by editing essays, writing stories and poems, and generally acting as a dogs-body to Torsten's requests.

I thank you all for the support that you have shown toward me. Bless you all for that.

I am forced into the idea that there is some kind of chess game being played here.
All I have asked is to be given a paid position within the company.
A simple YES ot NO will suffice.

I am really sorry to hear that. I think you are right Kitos, it's nothing more than a chess game. I don't know what's wrong with the moderators, why shouldn't they answer us, to pay you for your work is not strange.
The same thing is happening to us, your followers on my protest post.
I will never stop, they should clear the situation for us as it is our right.
It's really dissapointing and everything here seemed to become really desperate!
Wish for shiny days again.

Thanks for speaking your mind Kitos.

I don't really understand why Torsten and Alan cannot really make a simple YES or NO to end this matter which has been under discussion for a long time now.
That particular problem was referred to them because they are our leaders here.

If Torsten took your number, let's just hope that he will call you and provide a final solution !
Members of the forum are like a family and we also have to do our possible best to see that a problem
raise by one of us is solved.

I am new one here but i received help from all of you here, including Nzuahp, Mixmixi, Kitos, Alan, Nikoulia. About this problem, i don't know much but in my opinion, Alan, Kitos, Torsten are all good teachers here.
This website is made to help all people who want to improve their English skills, not for profit. I love this website a lot because there are a lot of friendly people here who will give me a hand when i need it most.
I hope that you guys can discuss this seriously to find the solution here. It is the best for us and for this website. ^^

Well my friends, I am staying on the Forum.

An amicable agreement has been reached, which has satisfied all parties.
Torsten has spoken at great length as to certain plans that will be unfolded in due course.
This involves me working within the group, but not FOR the group.
I look forward to this new and challenging role with great interest, but it requires your cooperation, one and all, to make it a success.

I intend giving every one of you the support that you so rightly deserve, and I thank you for the support and loyalty which you have all shown me.

English-test.net ... onward and upward!

Kitos.

Hi Kitos,
I am glad to have you back again here. I wish the new comers and all the new learners to have the chance to have your opinions and suggestions to improve their writing as I had. :-)

Dear Torsten,
Please accept my best and greatest thanks. I really appreciate of what you did for all us. Thank you.

Hi Kitos.
This is a great news. I am very glad that you are with us again. You deserve a good treatment because you have had a lot for this forum. All the leaners have to be happy today because our teacher will go on with us.
Also I would like to say thanks to Torsten. Thank you for listen to us.
Now, we only have to write good essays and to demostrate to the new leaners that this is the best forum if they want to improve their english.
