Schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Some schools have a new policy; they ask students to evaluate their teachers. I think this is great and I am totally agree with this idea. I believe that this policy could be a wonderful way to get a feedback from their students. Besides, with this information the schools can improve their capacities in a lot of topics. But, there are three important topics to take in account. First; the quality of professors. Second, the relationship between teachers and students and finally, the quality of education those students are receiving. Let me explain how this is so important for schools.

Nowadays, many people have complained about the qualities of the teacher. When, a school makes surveys and question among the students. They are getting an incredible source of information to understand the problems and be alert of any bad professor. A case in point is my school. They have a periodical survey, in which they ask about if we are conform to the class or no. The last year, a huge group of students asked this survey and they were not totally conforming to the teacher's performance. This teacher, after the survey asks for apologies to their students and he improved his performance since that moment.

On the other hand, it is so important know about the relationship between students and teacher. Because, this is a different manner to measure a professor. For instance, A friend of mine is professor and he is sometime really tough with his students. Some students react good with the pressure but others no. for that reason a group of students say to the school how they were feeling and the attitude of my friend. He had a lot of problems with these students but at the final they can solve their problems. If the school would have had a system to maintain a constant contact with their student. Probably, that was never happened.

Finally, the teachers are not the only thing to take in account. The education quality, it is as important as the teacher’s performance. With this information school can reach better qualities of education for their students and thus charge more. It is very common that a well known school with a great performance on their education can charge more money than other that do not have the same performance.

In conclusion, I am completely agreed with the policy of some schools to ask students to evaluate their teachers. With this information schools can maintain great qualities in their employees, they can notice how it is working the relationship between students and teacher thus helping to prevent possible problems and finally, if they know what the quality of the school is, they can charge more money and become a profitable school too.

Some schools have a new policy; they ask students to evaluate their teachers. I think this is great and I am IN TOTAL AGREEMENT with this idea.
I believe that this policy could be a wonderful way FOR TEACHERS to get feedback from their students. Besides, with this information the schools (can improve their capacities in a lot of topics. DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR MEANING.) But, there are three important topics to take inTO account.

First; the quality of professors. Second, the relationship between teachers and students and finally, the quality of education those students are receiving. Let me explain WHY this is so important for schools.

A case in point is my school. They have a periodical survey, in which they ask about if we are SATISFIED WITH the TEACHING or noT. Last year, a huge group of students WERE asked TO TAKE PART IN this survey and they were not totally SATISFIED WITH the teacher's performance.
This teacher, after the survey, APOLOGISED TO HIS students and he HAS improved his performance since that moment.

On the other hand, it is so important know about the relationship between students and teacherS. Because, this is a different WAY IN WHICH to measure a professor.
For instance, a friend of mine is A professor and he is sometime really tough with his students. Some students react WELL TO pressure but others DO NOT.
For that reason a group of students TOLD the school PRINCIPAL how they were feeling IN REGARD TO the attitude of my friend. He had a lot of problems with these students but IN THE END THEY WERE ABLE TO solve their problems.
If the school would have had a system to maintain a constant contact with their studentS THIS probably WOULD never HAVE happened.

Finally, the teachers are not the only thing to take in account. The quality OF THEIR EDUCATION is as important as the teacher’s performance. With this information schoolS can ATTAIN better qualities of education for their students and thus INCREASE THEIR FEES.
It is common KNOWLEDGE that a well-known school with a great ACADEMIC performance on their education can charge more money than otherS that do not have the same QUALITIES.

In conclusion, I am IN COMPLETE AGREEMENT with the policy of some schools to ask students to evaluate their teachers. With this information schools can maintain great qualities in their employees, they can notice how it is working IN the relationship between students and teacher thus helping to prevent possible problems and finally, if they know what the EXCELLENCE of the school is, they can charge more money and become a profitable school.
