I completely agree with the saying that dishonesty kills reliability. If we analyse the genesis of dishonesty, I believe that it could be a by-product of one's inability to keep TO one's word or to conceal the truth. Thus the reason for dishonesty is nothing but AN INHERENT inability to follow the value system that is laid down and HAS BEEN followed BY THE MAJORITY OF HUMANKIND for many years.

As the famous quote goes, "honesty is the best policy." I personally feel that when a person is honest, he need not worry about THE consequences of any of his actionS. He may land up into short run trouble for standing firm on his virtues. He may lose many small battles. However, u Ultimately it is he who triumphs over winning the war.

So what happens when one is dishonest? If I get to know that someone is dishonest, I would not believe anything that he says.
For example, if I were an employer and my employee is dishonest, I would keep on counter-checking all OF his activities. I would recheck all the documents that he HAS would have submitted. I would not delegate any important assignment that involves interaction with A third party. Thus all OF my BODY LANGUAGE AND actionS would clearly state that I HAD lost trust in him. Trust is the catalyst for strengthening any relationship.

As an employer I would prefer an employee who is average at work; however YET trustworthy, to an employee who is excellent at work however BUT is not trustworthy. A person, who lacks value and who is not trustworthy, howEVER much ever is good GOOD AT HIS at work would, will MOST PROBABLY one day utilise the opportunity to satiate his desire. Thus as an employer you may not be able to rely ON him all the time.

Thus a person who lacks honesty cannot be trusted. Once the trust is broken no adhesive can REPAIR it. Every interaction would be suspicious. Thus questions the reliability.
