It is more important to be able to work with a group of people on a team or to work independently? Use reasons and specific examples to support your ideas.

When you face the dilemma to choose whether to work with a group of people or to work independently, each person will have different choice about this. Some prefer to work alone, but others, in contrast, believe that working in a team is a better choice and this is also my point.

The first reason why I want to work in a group more and alone is because that you have more help from other people. You have more ideas about the homework, essays, etc. Not only does it help you to have a better view about the problems confronting us, but working in a group can also teach you about teamwork. When each of us does does one small part of the project, it will takes less time to accomplish than working alone.

Secondly, when you work in a team, it is a chance for you to study something not from books. Every person has their own good points and it makes one differ from other people. You can learn their good points, know about their views on different situation. In addition, my friends sometimes suggest impossible solutions, and then all laugh a lot because of those ideas. In my country, there is a saying: " A laugh is also better than ten medical prescription".This laugh reduces the stress and tension because of hard work, This is, in fact, another good point of working with a group of people.

Last but not least, the ability to work in a team is required in every job. When I look at the newspapers, I often see that if we want to have a good job, not only do we need experience and good education about that major, but we also this ability. It is the fact that the modern technology is too complicated. It is difficult for you to do all the steps by yourself. You, of course, do need help from other members of your team. For instance, to invent a new machine, it is the result of a lot of scientists who work nonstop together for a long time.

In a nutshell, after taking consideration of all factors above, I believe that working with a group of people has too many advantages, which are the reason why I and many other people think that working in group is a wiser choice.

It is REALLY important that you review the corrections/additions. These will increase your knowledge as to where and when you may use these words that you already know, but rarely use in your work.
