Constructing a large factory in my community

A company has announced that it wishes to build a large factory near your community. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this new influence on your community. Do you support or oppose the factory? Explain your position.

The theme under discussion is that a company has announced to construct a large factory near my community. Building a factory near a locality will have both positive effects and inconveniences to the locality and its inhabitants. In my point of view, I support the construction of the factory near my neighbourhood.

First and foremost, one advantage of building a factory near my locality is that it will create jobs for the unemployed. For instance, most of the students who graduate from colleges and universities in my area are unemployed. Most of them turn to be farmers and hunters after graduating from school which are out of the majors they undertook in school. Therefore, creating a factory will come to solve most of these problems affecting us.

The second importance of creating a company in my area will be the rehabilitation of the road condition and to supply the area with electricity. The state of the roads leading to my locality is very poor, so creating a road to the factory will also be beneficial for the population of my locality. Moreover, we are still using bush lamps as a source of light. I am sure there will be a way out to this situation if a factory is constructed in my area.

Thirdly, creating a factory in the locality will also have some negative effects like pollution. For instance, the smoke from vehicles that will be transporting the factory’s products will pollute and cause some health problems to the inhabitants. There will also be noise from the factory that will disturb people from their sleep and may be to schools that may be near the factory. These conditions are not comfortable for the society.

To sum up, creating a factory in my locality will reduce the unemployment rate of students graduating from school; improve the road and the electricity condition of the area. Though there are some inconveniences, they are very minor to prevent the creation of a large factory in my locality.

/In/FROM/ my point of view, I support the PLAN. (construction of the factory near my neighbourhood.---ALREADY TOO REPETITIVE.)

First and foremost, one advantage of building a factory near my locality is that it will create jobs for the unemployed. For instance, most of the students who graduate from colleges and universities in my area are unemployed. Most of them ARE turnING to beCOME farmers and hunters after graduating from school, which are out of the majors they undertook in school. Therefore, creating a factory ITS CREATION will come to solve most of these problems affecting us.
