It's in a song and as you know, expressions in a song are usually very abundant and sometimes hard to understand. It's the lyrics of Wannabe-Spice girls. You can listen to it whenever you want as it's quite funny and may help you relaxed after replying such hollow questions........like this.

I think they are talking about dancing. However, I wouldn't recommend using that expression. People would generally not know what you were talking about.
