GRE score - 1200 (Q-630, V-570) - HELP!?

HI!
I really need some advice about my score. I'm not thrilled with it, but one of the universities I'm going for has on their website:

These scores are usually competitive for entry:
-combined score of 1200 on the GRE
-4.5 on the analytical section
-GPA of 3.0-4.0

This is pretty much scraping through. I don't have marks for my analytical but I'd predict about a 4? and my GPA is around 3.4.

Is it worth doing the GRE again? I don't think I can better my Quantitative score but I would like to think my verbal score could be up to 50 marks better. Please help!! THANK YOU!!!

Those are actually not bad scores. They probably wouldn't be acceptable to the very top universities, but shouldn't be a problem for most other schools. Unless you need/want to get into one of the highest ranked schools, I wouldn't bother retaking the exam.
