What simply does the expression mean ???

Could anybody tell me why people use the expression for ??

I'm not sure but the word twin may refer to two things that are similar to each other. So, I think this is to express resemblances. Let's wait for the evaluations.

without context its hard to say but pillars usually refers to the foundation of something.

Example: The five pillars of islam...
