First, in 2005 is the correct choice not on. In the main clause, you can use past simple or present perfect but in the subordinate clause you can only use past simple as it has a given point of time, 2005. _________________ Nothing's impossible! Hi VW thanks very much.
------------------------------------------------- Let's assume: X learned his lessons in 2005. --------------------------------------------------
1) X teaches the lessons that he has learned. 2) X teaches the lessons that he learned.
3) X has taught the lessons that he has learned. 4) X has taught the lessons that he learned.
5) Last week, X teached the lessons that he has learned. 6) Last week, X teached the lessons that he learned. 7) Last week, X teached the lessons that he had learned in 2005.

So, I think 4, 6 and 7 are only correct sentences. Am I correct? Thank you |
