The following negative phrases have been rewritten into positve statements:

1) I'm not available until July 30.
11) You can reach me again from July 30 on.

2) I don't think this is a good offer for us.
22) You certainly are able to offer us an alternative to this proposal.

3) This tool is expensive for us.
33) We are sure you will offer us a higher ROI than this.

4) My English is not so good.
44) You will employ a team member who constantly improves her business communication skills.

5) Let me explain that to you again.
55) Could you please recap what we have been covering so far?

I like to continue this thread and the forum topic “Negotiating”. But want to confirm if this still in active mode from your end.

"I dont like going to work" can be said as "I work but I favor my shopping time better"?

Well, if you say that you prefer to go shopping you show your attitude towards work. Maybe you can find a way of turning your shopping time into a job. For example, you can work as a mystery shopper. By the way, the word 'dont' doesn't exist.
