This expression i can not understand please someone help "for shizzle my whizzle this is the plot listen up you bizzles forget slizzle does not give a xyz"-is a rap song

I believe that excerpt from a rap song is more like slang than idiom.

Try to understand it using dictionary from: http://www.urbandictionary.com/ .
Sometimes it helps but knowing the nature of rap I'm not sure. Anyway, translating rap songs is a bad idea. Lyrics contain a lot of wordplay. Some of them are so called nonsense. The words are used just to paint a picture, not to communicate. And you need to know English really well to catch all associations between words. I think I explained it a bit too deep. I mean Jay-Z may be not as high quality rap as my words above refer to. But I believe it works a bit like it
