Hi,
Help smb(object) to do/do smth:They help us to do/do our homework.
Therefore, "help us/students/our students to learn" is right.

Could you please give me a complete sentence? Because there is the structure PERSONAL PRONOUN+NOUN. For example, we students are responsible for learning as well as possible, we boys must know how to play some sport.
