Hi,
Can anyone rate my essay and point out my mistakes... This is my second essay...
Thanks in advance.

When people need to complain about a product or poor service, some prefer to complain in writing and others prefer to complain in person. Which way do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

This is a controversial issue whether to complain about a product or services in writing or in person. Different views on that matter must be taken into consideration. Indeed, I am going to begin scratch the surface. From my point of view to complain in writing is better than in person. Both have some advantages and disadvantages. It depends on the situation which way we have to choose to act. Sometimes we need to complain in person (according to the situation) or sometimes we need to complain in writing. There are so many factors involved in both.
To complain in person about any product which we have purchased or services which has been rendered to us. This way is fast and we will get a chance to explain our complain in front of administration. The most solid piece of evidence that’s supports my point of view is that when I was doing a job in office. Once my manager asked me to prepare an analysis document and one of my colleague advised me not to do this. I refused to prepare this document. After sometime, I knew that document is prepared by my colleague at that time I went to my Manager and explained everything in detail because at that time I was unable to use writing as in person my body language was also involved. I think, in this case the face to face conversation is best to complain and get feedback fast.
The advantage of this method is that we will get immediate feedback but the disadvantage of this; is someone’s feeling can be hurt. Mostly, we avoid in person complain when there is a possibility of unpleasant/adverse effects. For example students avoid complaining in person about any teacher’s way of teaching or quality of education. So at this time the good way to complain in writing. If he will complain in person maybe he has to face some future revenge from the professor and that’s why he wants to hide his identity. By doing this, at least management know about the quality of education delivered in their institute and they can take immediate decisions for further inconvenience.
In conclusion, I would like to say that both have advantages and disadvantages but it depends on the situation which way is good and beneficial. If I have to complain about any poor services or about any product then I will prefer to complain in writing. If I have to go for immediate feedback of course I will prefer to complain in person.

From my point of view to complain in writing is better than in person. Both have some advantages and disadvantages. It depends on the situation which way we have to choose to act. Sometimes we need to complain in person (according to the situation) or sometimes we need to complain in writing. There are so many factors involved in both.
To complain in person about any product which we have purchased or services which has been rendered to us. (ALREADY BECOMING REPETITIVE.)

This way is fast and we will get a chance to explain our complainT in front of THE COMPANY'S administration. The most solid piece of evidence that supports my point of view is that when I was doing a job in AN office ONE DAY my manager asked me to prepare an analysis document, and one of my colleague advised me not to do this.
I refused to prepare this document. After sometime, I FOUND OUT THAT THE document HAD BEEN prepared by THE SAID colleague. at that time
I went to my Manager and explained everything THAT HAD OCCURRED IN DETAIL,

//because at that time I was unable to use writing as in person my body language was also involved.// SO UNCLEAR!

I think in this case the face to face CHOICE OF DIRECT conversation is best to TO SELECT TO complain, and get feedback fast.

The advantage of this method is that we will get immediate feedback (YOU'VE JUST SAID THAT) but the disadvantage of this; is someone’s feeling can be hurt.
Mostly, we avoid /in person complain/COMPLAINING IN PERSON/ when there is a possibility of unpleasant/adverse effects.
For example students avoid complaining in person about any teacher’s way of teaching or quality of education. ( AGAIN!) So at this time the BESTway to complain IS in writing. If he will complainS in person maybe he has to face some future revenge from the professor, and that’s why he wants to hide his identity. By doing this, at least management know about the quality of education BEING delivered in their institute and they can take immediate decisions for ELIMINATE further inconvenience.

In conclusion, I would like to say that both have advantages and disadvantages, but it depends on the situation which way is good and beneficial. If I have to complain about any poor services or about any product then I will prefer to complain in writing. If I have to go for immediate feedback THEN of course I will prefer to complain in person.

This should have been a good essay, but it went downhill very quickly. Please do concentrate on what you are writing. Avoid writing in a situation where you will be continually disturbed. You are more than capable of doing good work. Please attempt to do so in future.

Some people believe that it is important to make a large amounts of money,while others are satisfied to earn a comfortable living.
The two approacheshave their own benefits depend on one viewpoint. In this essay, I will name some of each benefit and I will take a stand for my position.

In our daily life, there are people who like to work hard even become a workaholic to make a large amounts of money for the sake of living. In this case they want to try to cover everything they want whether it is basic need or just for the secondary or unimportant things. They believe that by having a large amounts of money, they can buy everything they want and save more for guarantee when they are getting old.

On the other hand, there are people who are satisfied to earn a comfortable living. They believe that a happy living does not depend on the amounts of money. According to them, by having a satisfied feeling, they can experience a silent and a comfortable living. They realize that although they do not have much money, they still have a sufficient and prosperous living.

For my part, I will take a stand for people are satisfied to earn a comfortable living. For me experience a comfortable living is more enjoyable because I believe that everything I need will be affordable depend on how I behave to fill it. It is not the best, but it is my way to face the reality of life.
