Hi,
The prepositions in your examples - in, for, at all refer to location. The use of 'for' and 'with' are more concerned with the sort of employment.

| Your question is very interesting. I would like to know too. I would write ¨My sister works in a company¨. |

So is it that we have to use for or with when referring to employment. I work for /with a company? |

Yes, when you refer to the type of employment/employer rather than where someone actually works.

Hi,
'At a factory' suggests the type /nature of the job/work. 'In a factory' tells you the exact place where she works.
