How do i send my sat scores at Collegeboard?

how do i send 4 free sat scores at collegeboard.com, because when i click on "send scores to colleges" it tells me to pick additional colleges, but i only need to send the free ones.
And also how do i change the college choices i chose to send the scores to?

Just click on update, if it' a week after the test, i don' think you can change them anymore.
