Hi khalid, I think there is nothing you can do with this damn low speed Internet connection. I somehow had this problem, but fortunately after contacting with an ISP office, they gave ma an ADSL connection. Thank goodness it really suffice for me. You are using an dial-up connection, aren't you?

Hi again Khalid,
I searched your ISP and I understand that you are using GSM connection via modem. You know, I am using a CDMA connection and it's currently running at no more than 25 Kbps (DL). I tried to playback the listening excersise online and did so successfully, although I had to wait quite a while for the buffer.
If you'd like, I would be more than happy to send you a a nifty trick I know that will boost your internet surfing speed by 20% via private message. However, this trick only works with MS Windows.
Looking forward for your reply, Y.I _________________ Need a speaking partner?

This tweak may require you to possess some degree of knowledge about Windows XP. If you feel that performing the trick is too hard for you to do, have a friend or a relative help you.
For both of our convenience, I will send you a private message on this matter A.S.A.P
Good luck with the trick, Y.I _________________ Need a speaking partner?
