I can't find this knid of example in my dictionary, so I'm not quite sure whether it is right or wrong.
1. Here are some dogs.
2. There are some dogs here.
Which one is correct? Or any difference?

I would think,

1.-- Here, let me show you some dogs.
2.-- Some dogs exist here.
