WAP is related to someway to connect to the web via mobile phone, i think. anyway i saw it in my mobile phone.

wap =wireless application protocol it has the same meaning of web in the computer but wiht cellphone

I suspect he is mixing it up with a very similar slang word for the people from a particular country, but the word I think he means is usually meant insultingly when it is used, so I won't repeat it here.

My guess would be that Noptawat is confusing WAP with WASP, which is an acronym for white, Anglo-Saxon, protestant.

From the Wiki entry for WASP:
