As technology makes our lives easier it brings some problems simultaneously. The most important of these problems is stress. Stress might be THE result of traffic, working for long hours or maybe YOUR HAVING TO present a project in front of people. Reasons of stress change from person to person because it is highly dependent on what mood the person IS in. In addition, stress has negative effects not just for THE short term but also for long terms. While it triggers headacheS and lack of concentration in the short term, people might APPEAR older more quickly such as loss of hair in the long term. People can avoid from stress by doing some other activities. Key point for escaping from stress is to forget or not to think OF the problem for a while. For example hanging out with friends is one of the most effective activitIES for avoiding the stress. Chatting with friends makes a person to forget his problems and a SHORT time later he feels himself better. Also watching a movie is another inhibitor for stress. If the film is A comedy , people can have fun during the movie. For some people observing the sunset or sunrise might be relaxing. Another tool for avoiding stress is walking on the ground barefoot. By this, electricity IN the body will be discharged. As a result A person gets rid OF THE problems in his mind. Also, this is A scientific activity most doctors suggest TO their patients. Meditation, on the other hand, might be ANOTHER solution for some people. The solutions I have mentioned above (cannot) be A solution for everyone. In this case people must know themselves and find the suitable activity ON their own. As a result OF WHAT I have illustrated above, there are lots of activities to avoid stress. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
