Dear Torsten,

It was nice seeing your emails and sorry for late response. My name is Laily Jalali. I’m a social scientist from Iran. My eagerness for improving my English has driven me to register in this forum. Apart from learning English, I’m interested in knowing other cultures. I think this forum can help me meeting people from different cultures, too.

I found lessens easy but difficult. First, I thought the tests are easy, but when I focused on the tests, and read more explanation, I realized that there are some points which I didn’t know before.

Thank you for your emails.

Regards,
Laily

"I'm" is a lot more common than "I am", but is less formal than "I am".
