increase - to become bigger or greater in amount. "We saw an increase in the amount of stock we sold last month compared to previous months." progresses - advances, moves forward in a positive way. "If he progresses as quickly in future as he has in the past, he will soon be on the next level." accelerates - causes to move faster or moves faster; increases velocity. "The car accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour really quickly." gains - increases by a specific amount. "The girl gains an inch on her waist for every bar of chocolate she eats!!!"
Can you choose the correct one now? _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

Indeed! At this rate she will be the size of a small house in no time, because she does enjoy chocolate! ;) (I found it really hard to think of an example which would not give anything away.) _________________ Cheers m' dears! |
