Hi, everyone

Probably you have some experiences of sending mail to your coworkers or boss. I am wondering how do you say hello to them before describing matter via email? Such as ,

Dear everyone,

I send the weekly report to all of you as the attached document. Please take it when free.

Best Regards,

Maggie^^

I list some of what I search from the Internet as following,

1. Hi everyone, (Dear everyone, )

2. Hi guys,

3. Hi all,

4. Hi all of you,

5. Hi everybody,

6. Dear chief, (I suppose to send mail for boss.)

Thanks for helping me out.

Maggie^^

Personally, I would just refer to them as I normally would: So imagine I had a boss named Peter Jones. If I normally addressed him Peter, then I would use that:

Peter,
I would like to bring your attention to... etc.

If I usually called him Mr. Jones, then I would address him as such in an email:

Mr. Jones,
I would like to bring your attention to... etc.
