Just wanted to report about another typo:

In the 4th article from above (Meaning of casual) there is:
"If you arc prepared to invest..."

May be I'm wrong about it but we still need are before prepared:
If you are prepared to invest a lot of time and money in your new kitchen you might consider making a sort of kitchen/living or family room.
