Dear Kitos and friends, Please correct my following essay. Thanks for your help.
Topic:The twenty-first century has begun. What changes do you think this new century will bring? Use examples and details in your answers.

The twenty century passed with many achievements of economy, science and technology, human rights, etc. but there have still remained some issues needing to solve in the twenty-first century. One of these issues that I think the twenty-first will bring the big change of it is global warming. Let me explain my opinion as following.

First, there will be more natural disasters happening in our planet because of global warming. Ice smelting in the Arctic and the Antarctic makes the sea water level higher making threats to plunge the countries such as Netherland, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Vietnam, which seem not much higher than the sea water level, according to the Enviroment and Urbanization Magazine of UK. In addition, tsunamis will be more frequent and devastate many beautiful beach cities. How many people will die? How many people will be homeless? It is unbelievable.

What is more, having to experience natural disasters, people will recognize the danger of global warming and they will simultaneously act to protect the environment. There will be so many strikes and movements from all around the world that people gather to oppose harmful actions to the environment, and to call upon the leaders from countries all around the world to have instantaneous actions to fight global warming as well as to protect the environment. Ultimately, the leaders from countries will get together to find solutions for this issue. Many agreements about cutting carbon dioxide, and reducing pollution will be established.

Finally, another change that people expect is that global warming is restrained. Natural disasters will be fewer, and tsunamis won’t happen in our planet. People from all around world will live together in peace and in comfort.

In conclusion, I believe that the twenty-first will bring us so many changes that there are both good changes and bad changes. And, one of them is the change in global warming that consists of the change in natural disasters, the change in people’s attitude about global warming, and the change in the result of restraining global warming.

First, there will be more natural disasters happening in our planet because of global warming. Ice smelting in the Arctic and the Antarctic makes the sea water level higher(,) making threats to plunge the countries such as Netherland, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Vietnam, which seem not much higher than the sea water level, according to the Enviroment and Urbanization Magazine of UK. In addition, tsunamis will be more frequent and WILL devastate many beautiful beach cities. How many people will die? How many people will be homeless? It is unbelievable.

What is more, having to experience natural disasters, people will recognize the danger of global warming(,) and they will simultaneously act to protect the environment. There will be so many strikes and movements from all around the world WHERE people gather to oppose harmful actions to the environment, and to call upon the leaders from countries all around the world to have instantaneous actions to fight global warming(,) as well as to protect the environment. Ultimately, the leaders from countries will get together to find solutions for this issue. Many agreements about cutting carbon dioxide, and reducing pollution will be established.

Finally, another change that people HOPE FOR is that global warming is restrained. Natural disasters will be fewer, and tsunamis won’t happen in our planet. People from all around world will live together in peace and in comfort.

In conclusion, I believe that the twenty-first CENTURY will bring us so many changes that there are both good changes and bad changes(,) and one of them is the change in global warming that consists of the change in natural disasters, the change in people’s attitude about global warming, and the change in the result of restraining global warming.

A very strongly worded opinion.
