Topic: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? A student must like a teacher in order to learn from teacher. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion. Essay:
The ultimate goal of studyING is THE gaining OF knowledge in order to be A success in life. It would be great if we are taught by teachers we like(,) because the more students like teachers, the more they WILL pay attention to lessons in class. However, we have no right to choose THE teachers who will teach us, and each INDIVIDUAL has different feelingS about a PARTICULAR teacher; some students may like the teacher whereas others have AN opposing feeling. In my opinion, we should not let our feelingS affect negatively ON OUR studIES SIMPLY BEAUSE we do not like a certain teacher. We can study well(,) no matter WHO our teachers are.
Students today are very independent and diligent in study, so that the feeling of how they like or dislike a certain teacher does not HAVE much affect ON their studIES. The goals they set when attending college are TO gain knowledge(,) and TO try their best to achieve the highest resultS FROM THEIR studIES. They soon know that their primary responsibilities in class are paying attention to lessons(,) and trying to understand what teachers teach as much as they can. There is the truth that SOME teachers just provide us with basic knowledge. To understand deeply what the teachers teach, students have to be capable of studying ALONE SOMETIMES. Students can learn from books by themselves, or from their friends instead of directly from teachers. In addition, class hours just make up a small part OF THE total hours that students spend on their study. It means students can study much better if students take advantages from self-study time effectively.
The important thing is how we look at teachers(.) WE MUST NOT LEAD them TO BECOMING less enthusiastic in THEIR teaching OF us. Teachers are responsible for teaching and giving knowledge to students no matter how students RESPON TO THEM. Teaching is A teachers job(.) What they need to KNOW is how to get students interested in lessons, and how to let students understand as much as they can from these lessons. So, they have to accustom themselves to every student(,) even if the student likeS or dislikeS them.
Last but not least, students should not depend much on their teachers to study better. They need to keep trying harder to keep up with others in their class, and in order to achieve the highest scores, they have to put all POSSIBLY effort into their study. No one can help them better than themselves.
In conclusion, teachers play a very important ROLE in school to help THEIR students study. However, for THE reasons I HAVE mentioned above, I disagree with the point that a student must NECESSARILY like teachers in order learn from them. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: An excellently written essay Dongnt.
