All over the world, television and movies are indispensable recreational facilities in modern life. People have used them for many different purposes. Naturally, if people abuse them, they can cause negative effects. However, television and movies are good and necessary.

Television and movies provide us with interesting entertainment. People can enjoy relaxing in front of television or in movie after a hard day at school or at work. Televisions also provide up-to-date news about all matters, such as society, culture, politic and other events. Some television programs provide direct lessons that famous professors teach. According to those, people can learn new information and increase their knowledge about every aspect in life. Moreover, one other televisions and movie's function is help us feel fun and comfortable even sharing with us helpful experiences by situations that the same as ours.

In addition, television programs and films can give us useful messages and special conveniences. These messages help people realize the true, the good and the beautiful. According to them, people have behaviors better, thought more careful and have good actions. Specially, some television programs and films also ask people to attend charitable organization where people can help the poor and miserable people. Moreover, business use television program and films as the best way to publicize products and the firm’s name. Hence, audiences can know new products as a free way, so people can choose the best products what they need.

There are many people who believe television and movies have had negative effects on society. According to them, televisions and movies can damage families. Families that watch a lot of television no longer communicate with each other. Gradually, parents do not know about their children and children can not obey their parents. Furthermore, sex or violent films can damage to children. In my opinion, though, if people abuse some television programs and movies to produce illegal profits or do not control their time to watch, television and movies can make negative effects.
In brief, if people consider carefully televisions and movie's bad effects on their life and restrain these bad effects, people can enjoy televisions and movies wisely.
