Do/make Thu Dec 01, 2005 0:40 am  Do/make

Hi shamsher,

It's often very difficult to choose between do and make but the idiom is to describe meat as well done in the sense of cooked for a long time. You might care to look at the heading on this site esl lessons and look for Make or Do? in the index and you can see some notes and a story I've written showing how the two verbs are used.
