Hi, will you please rank me for this essay..
Nowadays, food has become easier to prepare. Has this change improved the way people live? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
I believe that the advancement in the preparation OF food also leadS to the improvement in the lives of people. I think this because we are living in a fast moving world(,) and there is noT enough time to spend for food preparation(,) and so we made use of the technology in the food preparation which in turn changes our lives very fast and active. One reason for me to believe that THE use of food technology has improved the way of living is that, in olden days we have to go to hotel to get good and delicious food. But people who are far away from AN hotel or people who cannot afford money for the hotel cannot use this facility. With the advances in food technology, we can just sit in our house and get the desired food within time simply by making a call to the hotel which is now termed as ‘take away’. Since the food has become easier to prepare the chefs prepare the food we ordered soon after our call(,) and will DELIVER IT TO US within half an hour which includes preparation time and travelling time(,) and so we can eat hot hot food and this makes me to believe that food technology has enhanced our lives.
Another reason for me to believe that easier wayS of food preparation has improved our way of living is that, nowadays there are several ready-made kits of various food products available in the shop. It is not necessary for the person to have the knowledge of cooking to use those kits. They are simply superb and easy to use(,) and less time consuming and such kits are available for all types and varieties of food products like vegetarian foods, non-vegetarian foods, fruit juices etc. So, I think that food has become easier to prepare(,) which HAS in turn(,) changed people lives. I conclude that people lives are changed by the easier ways of food preparation because of the availability of several ready made food preparation kits and take away facilities. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Not bad Priyasathiya, not bad at all.

Please rate my essay. Food has become easier to prepare. has this improved our lifestyle?
“2 min meal”, “heat it and eat it”, and many others are some of the marketing banners you see when you enter a grocery store. Yes, it is very true that food has become easier to prepare but the question is has it made our lives easier? Yes. But has it really improved the way we live? No. And I can support my answer with the following points.
Firstly, the ready food we pick up directly from the supermarkets do not hold the same nutrition value as freshly cooked home food. Every pack of ready food goes through a long process before it reaches our hands, from the manufacturer to the buyers, and then to the retailers. Considering this long chain of people it has to go through, when it reaches us it is already a few months old. Thus, it is quite obvious from this point that the food is not nutritious and surely affects our health in the longer run.
Secondly, cooking ready food is definitely an easy task and saves on a lot of time but at the same time it has made us people so lazy and lethargic. We have started to depend on them and it has become a bad lifestyle which is not healthy at all. This will only lead to problems like obesity, diabetes, and other serious diseases.
Hence, I would like to conclude my point with this saying - “No pain, no gain” which holds true in this case. If we don’t make an effort to cook ourselves a nutritious, well cooked meal, it is only going to deteriorate our health and in turn affect our lifestyle in a bad way. |
