Should I take the oral complement which releases this year

Hi,
I'm going to do my test TOEFL in January in France, and i would like to know if someone knows how many time we've got the score cause i've a delay to post my file for a canadian university and i'm scared to have not the time to do this. I will do the computer test.

I also would like to know if i should take the oral complement which releases this year and so how can i get it.
