Well, I don't think there is. Most of us here aren't native speakers and so, mastering English is not easy. Even native speakers don't know all idiomatic expressions well. Don't get ourselves to deal with something we're not really accustomed to well. All we can do is just listen, memorise and then practise them as much as possible to turn them to our habits.
