Some movies are serious, designed to make the audience think. Other movies are designed primarily to amuse and entertain. Which type of movie do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
When it comes to movies, some people prefer to be amused and entertained, whereas other people have a preference for films with a serious plot that makes them reflect on what is really going on in our world. As far as I am concerned, I would rather watch humorous films, due to the following reasons.
Most people live in the fast lane these days, so from time to time they may be suffering from “burn-out”, which is a mental stress. Therefore, it is considerably desirable for them to alleviate their level of nervous tension by watching hilarious movies, because they offer a kind of escape from reality. What is more, some studies have reported that laughter is a great manner IN WHICH TO ease physical and mental pains. So, the more you laugh, the more relaxed you will feel.
On top of that, it is significantly preferable to enjoy an amusing film, because its plot is pretty much easier to follow, rather than a serious one, which has more COMPLEXITIES. Were you to fail to notice a particular detail of a serious movie, you Could lose track of the entire plot. On the contrary, when you watch an entertaining film, no matter which part you miss, you will be able to catch up with the film'S argument much quicker.
As for films that amuse us, they always conclude with a happy ending, so as to help us in keeping on a positive attitude towards life, and STRENGTHENING relationshipS with our dearest family and friends. As entertaining movies frequently come up with stories that people may have in common, they develop chemistry between people.
Summing up, by watching entertaining movies, people can FREE themselves from stress, follow the plot faster and more effortlessLY, and be in tune with the argument of the film, as it probably reflectS THEIR daily lives’ matters. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: It is becoming increasingly difficult to find fault with your work Mil. Luckily for me, I revel in doing so. :-))

Composing and proofreading are really tough matters. But, I hope that someday I will be able to write and check my essay in less than 30-40 minutes.
Thanks for the assessment, Kitos.
I appreciate it, Babo. Good luck in your exam! |
